Consignment

Are you looking to consign with 2nd Act? We will make every effort to sell your items as quickly as possible for the best price possible.

Consignor will receive 50% of the selling price on furniture and 40% on all other items at the end of the 60 day contract date. Reductions may be given at the discretion of 2nd Act staff as deemed necessary or in the event of special sales.

2nd Act Consignor Agreement

  • Consignors may use credit on their account to make purchases
  • Consignors will receive a check for items sold within 30 days of completion of their contract
  • There is a .75¢ mailing & check fee deducted from your check
  • Consignors may reclaim unsold articles within 60 days form the contract date
  • Merchandise pickup is performed by the Consignor
  • Items not accepted or picked up will be disposed of at management's discretion

I understand that all merchandise not picked up will become the property of 2nd Act. It is the sole responsibility of the consignors to keep up with their contract due date.
I understand that 2nd Act is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft.
I understand that furniture delivery/pick up must be performed by the consignor or customer. 2nd Act employees are unable to assist with any moving of furniture.
